Our Director of Patient Services meets with both the patient and family members and reviews the care required, and will answer all questions pertaining to the services we offer, the cost and duration.

Quality Care has two types of clients:
- Care Call (Medicaid Phone Monitoring System)
- Private/ Attendant Care (no clock in/out)
